A 21-month online master's in employment law from the University of Leicester, covering individual rights, equality at work and international labour law.

Course overview

The Employment Law LLM examines the law of the workplace from both the individual and the collective side: contracts and dismissal, equality, dispute resolution, and the international human rights and trade union framework that sits above them.

All modules are studied by distance learning over 21 months, beginning each September, through the University of Leicester distance learning platform.

Entry requirements

  • A 2:1 degree, or an equivalent professional qualification together with appropriate practical experience.
  • IELTS 6.5 or equivalent if English is not your first language.
